Happy Halloween!

Pumpkin Patch

We finally got a chance to go to a pumpkin farm today. Ben was so excited! The pumpkin he chose was a little green and mushy, but he was so proud. He held it the entire way home. I had the kids all decked out in Halloween shirts, but unfortunately, it was too cold to show them off. Maggie looks like my little round pumpkin sitting in Ben's wagon. Ben eventually made her get out so he could pull our pumpkin-finds through the field.

Milestone

Maggie has learned to sit up this weekend. It has opened up a whole new world to her. Still a little wobbly, but she's getting there. Now, if we could just control the drooling...

The Lion says, "R-O-A-R!"

I LOVE these footed sleeper-jammies. Ben looks like a teletubbie. I'll be sad when the day comes that he's too big for jammies like these. I'll miss the little swishing sound the feet make as they scuff across the kitchen floor.

Staring Contest

Ben is always getting on the floor on Maggie's level to talk to her. Today, he kept saying, "CROCODILE!" and Maggie would just crack up!

Our new jogger

Our new jogging stroller finally arrived. We're pretty happy with it. Maggie shows how much she likes it by sticking out her tongue in an attempt to lick the seat belt straps. Unfortunately, on our first day with the new stroller, both kids happen to be sick. Mommy bundled them up for a quick stroll down the street just to get out of the house.

Maggie at 6 months

Maggie turns 6 months old. Gram-Linda and Grampa Hank were here for a visit because Mommy was out of town on a business trip. Mommy said that in the three days she was gone, Maggie seemed to have grown by three more pounds!

Maggie is 178 days old today,... ...and this is Ben at 178 days old.
